We strive to provide all of our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours but there are occasions, due to volume and other circumstances, where that time-frame may be extended. Transit times range between 1-7 days depending on shipping location. We ship to all 48 states within the continental U.S., as well as Alaska and Hawaii. A physical street address is required for any item shipped.

Depending on the combination of items that you order, we may ship your order in separate shipments from different warehouses around the country.

At this time we are only shipping via USPS First Class and Priority services.


Customers will receive an email containing tracking information within one business day after an order is filled. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 days after your order is placed, please contact us with your name and the order number via email.


All international orders (outside of the United States) are subject to additional shipping and customs charges (duties and taxes) that are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us directly at engage@roborockgear.com and we will process your order.


Robots And Rocketships will accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise under the following conditions:

Merchandise needs to be returned unused, with all printed material and accessories enclosed. If not in its original condition or the product shows signs of use or wear, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, or the return may not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number (to be provided by Robots And Rocketships at time of request) and a receipt of original purchase.

To obtain an RMA number, please email engage@roborockgear.com with your full name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you need to return.

All return shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you insure all packages before shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise while in transit. We assume liability once the returned item has reached our facilities. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.

Once your return shipment has been received and approved, your return will be processed.

Failure to comply with the process and terms stated above may result in a processing delay and/or a refusal of the returned package.
